Beate looks back at more than 20 years of building brands at P&G, Merck, Stada and Google and has developed her passion for purpose driven brand building and digital acceleration. Since her most recent role as CMO for Stada Germany, she has started a pro bono role as Senior Advisor at Yunus Social Business as part of their Unusual Pioneers team.

Beate is active as a public speaker (e.g. at Dmexco 2020), thought leader on the future of Marketing (as part of the MMA EMEA board), blogger (Monday Morning Inspiration on LinkedIn.) She acts on the board of the female leaders network Generation CEO and her Rotary Club. She used to lecture Innovation Management at Goethe University Frankfurt and mentors various start-ups.
